We're on the lookout for a Business Developer to help fuel the rapid growth of our organization. We need someone who's not only great at sales but also thrives on taking charge and is up for the next big challenge. This role offers significant room for growth and requires experience in sales, organization, and communication.

You'll be working in a small but fast-growing company that's about to expand into new (international) markets and needs your support. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Financial Controller, reporting directly to the founder. Your job will involve finding promising markets and customer groups and creating clear sales plans. When it comes to execution, you'll lead the way by using the right resources. You should be comfortable with numbers, able to back up proposals financially, negotiate contracts, and get them signed.

Your responsibilities will include providing services and solutions to a wide range of B2B customers. You'll also be in charge of building a portfolio of clients and maintaining relationships with key accounts. In addition, you'll mentor a Junior Business Developer responsible for B2C customers in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities:

Identifying and approaching new (international) markets/customer segments and partners.

Developing and managing sales plans in collaboration with our Marketing Manager, based on market analyses with clear prioritization of channels/customers.

Building a pipeline within target markets, converting potential customers, and expanding existing customer relationships.

Identifying quick wins and managing sales cycles.

Overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle: forecasting, proposal creation, outreach, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Developing, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships.

Reporting weekly to the founder.

About you:

Experience with complex sales processes.

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of B2B business development experience.

Analytical and numerically strong.

High-level personal organization and time management skills.

Proficient in both Dutch and English.
