Small beginnings
In 2013, our journey began as an Airbnb management company, during which we have had the pleasure of managing thousands of apartments and hosting over a million guests worldwide. In the years that followed, we have built an excellent track record with guests, businesses, and partners.
We have significantly broadened our horizons, building a diverse real estate portfolio that includes (apart)hotels, self-serviced apartments, extended stays, and a hospitality venue in one of our aparthotels. We collaborate with partners and developers based on hotel management agreements, co-investments, and long-term lease structures.
2013
The roots of Elevate Hospitality
The origins of Elevate Hospitality trace back to 2013 when it began as a modest but ambitious project, formerly known as Bnbmanager. Our founder, originally a hands-on property manager, started offering Airbnb management services to private homeowners renting out their property via Airbnb in Amsterdam. In the early days, our founder personally handled logistical and operational tasks such as cleaning, check-in, and guest communication. This period witnessed rapid growth and is often referred to as the 'golden age' due to minimal regulation from local government and the unrestrained growth of tourism in Amsterdam.
2017/20
Strategic Acquisition
In a bold step towards expansion, Bnbmanager, the predecessor of Elevate Hospitality, made several strategic acquisitions to facilitate further growth. This strategic move was crucial for accelerating our growth and establishing our position as the leading management company in Amsterdam. The acquisitions not only sped up further growth but also laid the groundwork for our eventual transformation into Elevate Hospitality.
2022
The Ben’s Collection - Where your journey starts
2022 marked a milestone in our journey with the introduction of The Ben's Collection, our private label. This expansion included the opening of several aparthotels such as Ben's The Highdocks, Ben's The Walton, and Ben's Boutique The Hague. These aparthotels represented a new chapter in our story, where comfort, innovation, and hospitality are highly prioritized. In the coming years, we will continue to focus on further growth of the label both domestically and internationally.
2023
Opening Brunchdale
In 2023, Elevate Hospitality added a new component to its portfolio with the introduction of Brunchdale, our all-day brunch café, located on the ground floor of our aparthotel The Highdocks. Brunchdale is much more than just a café; it represents a part of our progressive and holistic vision in the field of hospitality. From delicious fair trade coffee to refined dishes, Brunchdale is a place for our guests to enjoy a delightful brunch and for neighborhood residents to connect and socialize. Brunchdale has since become the living room of the neighborhood where everyone feels welcome.
2024
A new chapter
We are proud to present our newest brand, a milestone that embodies our journey of growth and expansion over the years. After years of dedication, innovation, and striving for excellence, we are thrilled to realize our vision on an even larger scale. This new brand symbolizes not just our evolution, but also our ambition to continue growing and thriving both nationally and internationally in an ever-changing market.
